Thirteen Tips for Healthy Weight Loss

I've found another really good article on weight loss that tells a more realistic and honest story of what we need to do to maintain health and shed some pounds. Exercise alone might build muscle and stamina but is not the answer for major weight loss. That said I'm off to the gym. Not to lose weight, but to stay strong and keep my metabolism healthy.
